The starting image for this week’s Pixel Fight Club Continues was a Canada goose in a stand of trees. I made the background scene a bit gloomier and added extra trees before I place this cute hiker into the scene. I didn’t find a good wolf to lurk among the trees, so ended up “wood-burning” a wolf face on the tree as an omen of what Red may find when she gets to Gramma’s house.
The two front trees were provided by Sherrie, the larch forest behind is from MorgueFile and the grassy rolling hills are from AdobeStock. The girl looking up and the wolf painting are also from AdobeStock. I’ve done a lot of light and color modifications on all the pieces of this composite to help set the mood.
